This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that drive organizational performance and employee growth. You will act as a strategic partner, collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify development needs and create engaging, data-driven training programs. Combining instructional design expertise with modern learning technologies, including AI-powered tools, you will shape innovative learning experiences across multiple formats. The position emphasizes both strategy and execution, from needs analysis to program evaluation, ensuring measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and professional development within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end learning programs aligned with organizational strategy and performance goals
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging, multi-format learning experiences (e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend effective learning or non-learning solutions
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and Train-the-Trainer programs in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings
  • Develop assessments, reinforcement strategies, and post-training adoption plans to ensure sustained behavior change
  • Measure and analyze learning effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, and business outcomes
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content development, engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment
  • Continuously improve learning programs by incorporating feedback, industry trends, and best practices
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering training solutions across multiple formats
  • Proven track record of leading complex learning initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise), LMS platforms, and virtual learning technologies
  • Experience with video editing, graphic design tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable learning strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with AI tools and ability to integrate them into learning workflows
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or a related field (certifications such as ATD APTD/CPTD are a plus)
