The Director, Sales Operations will lead and optimize all aspects of the sales operations and enablement function, driving efficiency, alignment, and revenue growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, partnering with senior leadership to implement scalable processes, systems, and analytics. The Director will oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensure smooth deal execution, and enable high-performing sales teams through training, tools, and continuous improvement. Operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, this position directly influences sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and organizational success.
- Define and execute the sales operations strategy, aligning processes and systems with corporate growth objectives.
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing Sales Operations and Administration team with clear priorities and accountability.
- Optimize the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks, implementing SOPs, and improving execution across teams.
- Oversee sales documentation, contract workflows, deal support, and pricing policy adherence in partnership with Legal, Solutions, and Pricing teams.
- Manage sales enablement initiatives including onboarding, product training, resource development, and key meetings or events.
- Drive analytics and forecasting efforts, providing actionable insights on sales performance, operational efficiency, and market trends.
- Partner with Marketing on customer feedback programs, supporting VOC initiatives and ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Manage channel partnerships, opportunity tracking, and deal validation to maximize revenue and growth potential.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or related sales support function, including functional leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-region sales operations.
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and operational insights.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- Preferred: experience in technology, SaaS, or professional services environments; familiarity with ERP systems and advanced analytics platforms; demonstrated success in scaling sales operations during growth periods.
