Intern - Field Marketing AssociateSummaryThe Marketing Intern – Field Marketing Operations supports the execution of field marketing programs, events, and campaigns that drive brand awareness, partner engagement, and sales support. This role provides hands-on experience in B2B field marketing operations, including event coordination, campaign support, logistics, and reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing field marketing events such as trade shows, customer events, partner activations, webinars, and hospitality events.
- Support event logistics including attendee list management, registration tracking, shipping and receiving marketing materials, and on-site event support.
- Prepare event kits, signage, badges, giveaways, and branded materials.
- Assist with execution of regional and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Support co-marketing initiatives with strategic alliance partners.
- Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and marketing assets.
- Assist with post-event follow-up activities and internal communications.
- Support inventory management of marketing materials and swag.
- Assist with expense tracking, documentation, and receipt organization.
- Support post-event recaps, reporting, and campaign ROI tracking.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Previous internship, marketing coursework, or campus organization involvement preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
