- Develop and implement unified accounting policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across the group.
- Ensure data quality, financial consistency, and compliance across all subsidiaries and reporting structures.
- Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the group accounting and reporting setup.
- Harmonize accounting standards, systems, and processes across multiple jurisdictions and entities.
- Collaborate closely with local finance teams, external auditors, and tax advisors to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Act as a key interface between group accounting, controlling, and FP&A functions to ensure coherent financial reporting.
- Contribute to the development of scalable finance structures that support ongoing M&A-driven growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
- Strong experience in group accounting, financial reporting, or audit within multi-entity or international organizations.
- Solid knowledge of HGB and/or IFRS accounting standards.
- Experience in post-merger integration or working in buy-and-build environments is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement scalable accounting structures in complex organizations.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic, and evolving organizational setup.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package aligned with senior finance leadership roles.
- Opportunity to shape and build a group-wide accounting function from the ground up.
- Strong exposure to private equity-driven growth and M&A integration projects.
- Flexible working arrangements with modern hybrid work options.
- Central role in a fast-growing, international organization with significant career development potential.
- Close collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the group.
- Dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with high ownership and impact.
