This role sits at the intersection of marketing analytics, data science, and strategic business intelligence, focused on transforming fragmented data into a unified view of marketing performance. You will build the analytical foundation that enables leadership to understand what drives customer engagement, revenue, and brand impact across multiple channels. Working in a highly cross-functional environment, you will partner with marketing, finance, digital, and product teams to deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decisions. The role requires strong technical depth in data analysis combined with the ability to translate complex findings into clear business narratives. You will also play a key role in developing dashboards, segmentation models, and performance frameworks that guide personalization and campaign optimization. - Build and scale marketing performance analytics frameworks to measure ROI, ROAS, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness across channels
- Analyze campaign, loyalty, CRM, menu, digital, and social performance to generate actionable insights for business optimization
- Mine and integrate data from multiple sources (CDP, POS, web, mobile, GA, CRM, media platforms) into a unified analytics ecosystem
- Develop segmentation, clustering, lift modeling, and predictive analytics to support personalization and targeting strategies
- Support and enhance reporting on social, brand, and media performance using tools such as Sprout Social and Meta platforms
- Design and maintain dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to enable self-service insights across teams
- Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights that inform strategic planning and performance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and Product to align data insights with business goals
- Contribute to initiatives such as segmentation strategy and hyper-local marketing optimization
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance analysis
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Proven ability to analyze ROI, ROAS, campaign lift, and segmentation performance
- Experience working with social and brand analytics tools such as Sprout Social and Meta platforms
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data insights to business decisions
- Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple marketing and customer systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail
- Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-location environments is a plus
