This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients within a fast-scaling technology environment. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by owning renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. Acting as a strategic partner, you will help clients unlock value while aligning product capabilities with their business objectives. The position combines commercial ownership with customer engagement, requiring both strategic thinking and execution excellence. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless post-sale experience and maximize customer success. - Own a portfolio of accounts with full responsibility for renewals, expansion revenue, and net revenue retention
- Lead the end-to-end renewal and expansion process, including forecasting, deal strategy, and contract negotiations
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic account planning and customer insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to drive adoption and mitigate churn risks
- Translate product usage and outcomes into clear business value for customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to influence product and growth strategies
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success with commercial ownership, or post-sale SaaS sales
- Proven track record of achieving renewal and expansion targets, with measurable impact on ARR and retention
- Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong ability to forecast and manage revenue pipelines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with executive presence
- Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a strong plus
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments; familiarity with developer tools or technical products is advantageous
- Highly organized, data-driven, and strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
