- Review, audit, and update job descriptions across a large volume of postings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current role requirements.
- Edit and refine content to improve clarity, structure, tone, and inclusivity while maintaining organizational standards.
- Identify outdated, incomplete, or incorrect job information and correct or escalate as needed to recruiting stakeholders.
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to prioritize updates and ensure timely completion of job posting improvements.
- Ensure consistent formatting, terminology, and messaging across all job descriptions on the career site.
- Support ongoing improvements to job description quality and candidate experience through structured content updates.
- Deliver assigned updates within a defined 3-month contract scope while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
You bring strong experience in content editing, writing, or recruiting operations, with a high level of precision and attention to detail. You are comfortable working independently in a structured, fast-paced environment and managing a high volume of updates efficiently. You have strong communication skills and can ensure clarity and consistency in written content while aligning with established standards.
- Experience reviewing, editing, or writing professional content with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume workload independently
- Strong written communication skills with clear, concise writing ability
- Experience working in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition operations, or related fields (preferred)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or career site platforms (preferred)
