Job Description

Senior Creative, Paid Social

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Creative, Paid Social in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and high-level creative craft, focused on producing paid social content that drives measurable business outcomes. You will concept, design, and iterate high-performing ads across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, balancing strong visual storytelling with conversion-driven thinking. Working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, you’ll use performance data to inform creative hypotheses and continuously refine output. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with ownership over end-to-end creative development. You’ll collaborate closely with copy partners and growth teams to scale winning concepts and explore new creative directions. This is a highly iterative, impact-driven environment where design excellence and performance metrics go hand in hand.

Accountabilities:
  • Concept, design, and produce high-performing paid social creative (static, video, motion) optimized for conversion and engagement across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute data-informed creative concepts by analyzing performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC) and identifying opportunities for iteration and improvement.
  • Own paid social creative workstreams, building scalable templates, frameworks, and systems to increase efficiency and creative output.
  • Partner closely with copywriters and growth stakeholders to develop new campaign ideas and evolve brand storytelling for performance marketing.
  • Translate insights from campaign performance into new hypotheses and creative testing strategies.
  • Bring ideas from concept through execution independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, design innovations, and emerging tools (including AI) to enhance creative effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in a multidisciplinary creative or design role, with a strong focus on paid social or performance marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating direct response advertising work, including static and video ad creatives and evidence of iterative testing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles and performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC) with a results-driven mindset.
  • Deep familiarity with social media platforms and their creative nuances, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail, typography, composition, and motion sensibility.
  • Ability to generate multiple creative concepts quickly while maintaining alignment with brand and performance goals.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and comfort operating in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
Benefits:
  • Independent contractor (1099) structure with hourly, invoice-based compensation.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, performance-driven creative projects in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly work setup within the United States.
  • Exposure to advanced performance marketing strategies and large-scale paid social experimentation.
  • Collaborative environment with multidisciplinary creative and growth teams.
  • Opportunity to influence brand expression across major digital platforms.
