We are rapidly growing and looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to represent our company inside major retail locations throughout North Pierce and South King County, Washington.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a retail environment, and wants the ability to earn hourly pay plus commission.

No industry experience? No problem — we provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do
Engage with customers inside retail partner locations
Introduce homeowners to our products and services
Generate qualified customer leads for our sales team
Maintain a professional and positive company presence
Track lead activity using basic computer systems/tablets
Represent the company with energy, professionalism, and integrity
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently during scheduled shifts
Basic computer or tablet proficiency
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned store locations within North Pierce & South King County
Retail, customer service, promotions, or sales experience is a plus — but not required
