    Position Summary
    • The Manager, HR Platform Partnerships will lead strategic relationships with HR technology platforms and benefits administration partners to enhance the delivery of employee benefits solutions. This role ensures seamless integration between the carrier’s offerings and external HR platforms, driving operational efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional client experience.
    Key Responsibilities
    Partnership Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR technology vendors, benefits administration platforms, and payroll providers.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
      Integration & Implementation
    • Oversee technical and operational integration of benefits products with partner platforms.
    • Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth data exchange and compliance
      Strategic Planning
    • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve service delivery.
    • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions for HR technology integration.
      Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA).
    • Maintain data security and privacy standards across platforms.
      Performance & Reporting
    • Track KPIs for partnership success and provide regular reports to leadership.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for platform performance.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, benefits administration, or partnership management.
    • Strong understanding of employee benefits, insurance products, and HRIS systems.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Familiarity with compliance regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA).
    • Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience with at least ONE major HR platform (Workday, ADP, UKG, etc.).
    • Knowledge of API integrations and data exchange standards.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.
