Remote Projects Manager
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex deployment programs, ensuring all projects meet customer expectations and are executed efficiently. Your expertise in project management will be crucial as you lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals. Accountabilities- Accountable for the successful implementation and hand-off to support.
- Develop and manage the master project plan using automated tools.
- Define and measure performance against specific project goals.
- Allocate project staff with required competencies.
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team to achieve successful completion.
- Establish and maintain contact with customers and project stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates to all relevant parties.
- Utilize best practices in project management to maximize effectiveness.
- Organize and facilitate meetings to ensure milestone achievement.
- Monitor project budgets and financial objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in project management.
- PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Experience with Public Safety communications systems preferred.
- Proficiency in project scheduling applications such as Microsoft Project.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in revenue growth.
- Ability to assess and mitigate project-related risks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with teams.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to think outside of standard responsibilities and take initiative.
