As a Senior Demand Generation Manager focused on expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by increasing adoption of products and services within the existing customer base. You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that enhance cross-sell and upsell opportunities while partnering closely with sales, product, and marketing teams. This role offers the chance to influence product-led growth initiatives, refine customer engagement strategies, and leverage data to maximize impact across the customer lifecycle. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans targeting existing customers to drive expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Plan and implement multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, SEM, events, webinars, display advertising, retargeting, and content syndication.
  • Identify and nurture expansion opportunities using data-driven strategies to target customers most likely to adopt additional products or features.
  • Collaborate with the product team to deliver product-led growth campaigns, including feature launches, in-app messaging, onboarding programs, and product education initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and expansion opportunities to ensure alignment with pipeline goals.
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
  • Coordinate webinars, tradeshows, and customer engagement activities to strengthen expansion initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and enablement materials to Sales and Sales Development teams to support outreach and expansion efforts.

Requirements:
  • 58 years of marketing experience with a focus on demand generation or customer expansion.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, technologies, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong understanding of the demand waterfall, conversion optimization, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns targeting expansion opportunities or strategic accounts is highly desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage projects effectively, and communicate results clearly.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, including campaign management and reporting.
  • Experience developing brand messaging aligned with campaign assets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy optimization.
  • Curiosity and ability to partner with product teams to explore product-led growth initiatives.
