• Lift, load, and flavor – handle partial cases of salt and seasoning like a pro

• Prep and fine-tune – get machines ready for production and adjust flavor levels for that perfect crunch

• Watch the details – monitor quality, consistency, and food safety every step of the way

• Support the crew – give teammates breaks, stay synced with shift leads, and keep communication strong

• 3-Day Workweek: Full-time hours packed into Monday–Wednesday = four days off, every week

• Previous seasoning or machine operator experience? Awesome. If not, we’ll train you—just bring the drive.

• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and climbing stairs regularly

• Fast-paced, warm, and occasionally dusty environment (it’s the seasoning in the air!)

• Ability to stay alert, organized, and safety-focused
