About This Position
Chief Administrative Officer (EVP/CAO)
The Executive Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is directly responsible to the System President/CEO for the general administration of the affairs of the Corporation as directed by and subject to the CEO, the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors. These duties include but are not limited to oversight of People Resources, Organizational Development & Education, Employee Health, Facilities & Safety, and Nutrition Services. In addition, the CAO is a voting member of the Board of Governors.
Education and Work Experience
1. Master’s degree is required preferably in healthcare administration and/or business.
2. Minimum of seven (7) years management/administration experience, preferably in healthcare.
