About This Position
The team at Northridge Dental Clinic located in Nanaimo, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant on a part-time temporary basis.
The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.
We are seeking a CDA to join our family-oriented practice three days a week, working alongside our dentist in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

SCHEDULE:
- 24 hours per week
- Days of the week - Monday/Wednesday/Friday
- Temporary contract start and end months - ASAP
- Possibility of long term and full-time hours for the right candidate
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
- Registered or in process of registering with the:
- BC College of Oral Health Professionals
- New graduates welcome
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
