Production Coordinator at Calvary Port St Lucie Inc – Port St. Lucie, Florida

General Purpose:

The Production Coordinator supports the Creative Arts department by managing production onboarding, overseeing workflows for the entire department, preparing mid-week Gathering programming, and providing weekend production support. This role serves the Production ministry while ensuring consistent onboarding and workflow systems across the Worship, Production, and Media teams.

Essential Job Functions:

Production Onboarding & Workflow Management

• Manage the complete onboarding process for all Production team members.

• Oversee Creative Arts onboarding workflows and documentation.

• Coordinate Production training and ensure teams are equipped for gatherings.

• Support consistent production standards across all Creative Arts environments

Mid-Week Programming

• Program and prepare ProPresenter for all mid-week gatherings.

• Ensure presentations and media elements are properly built and tested.

• Coordinate with Worship and Production leadership to confirm content accuracy.

• Maintain readiness of mid-week production environments.

Weekend Production Support

• Serve as Service Producer for assigned weekend gatherings.

• Provide Sunday production support with a primary focus on Production execution.

• Collaborate with Worship, Production, and Media teams during Sunday huddles and run-throughs.

• Ensure production elements are prepared and executed with excellence.

• Maintain a consistent Sunday presence except when approved time off is requested.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in live production environments (church or event production preferred).

• Familiarity with ProPresenter or comparable presentation software.

• Understanding of audio, lighting, and service production workflows.

• Ability to coordinate teams and manage production processes.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work Sundays and occasional weekends as scheduled.
