Core4ce is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the Fixed Facility Government Approved Lab (FFGAL) at the Medical Enterprise Test and Innovation Center. The FFGAL enables validation and testing of medical systems, infrastructure changes, and upgrades prior to deployment to Military Treatment Facility (MTF) production environments. This role manages multiple concurrent lab support projects enabling testing activities for clinical and infrastructure domains including pharmacy, radiology, dental, and special projects. The position coordinates technical resources, vendors, and program stakeholders to ensure lab readiness and successful execution of test and evaluation (T&E) activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent lab support projects enabling testing for pharmacy, radiology, dental, and special initiatives
  • Develop project timelines and execution plans in coordination with the Government Systems Engineering Lead and PMO stakeholders
  • Coordinate systems engineers, system administrators, vendors, and test teams to execute project activities
  • Facilitate project meetings, technical coordination sessions, and status reviews
  • Track project progress, dependencies, and risks; drive actions to completion
  • Support lab readiness activities including environment setup coordination and occasional break-fix efforts
  • Work directly with vendor teams and program management offices to plan and execute test support activities
  • Coordinate requirements, scheduling, and resource needs across government and contractor stakeholders
  • Maintain project activity tracking and updates in SDLC Next (JIRA) and other project tools
  • Prepare and submit change requests for Change Control Board (CCB) review and approval
  • Coordinate with FFGAL leadership team members to ensure integrated planning and execution

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management or technical coordination experience in IT environments
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent technical efforts or projects
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and vendors
  • Experience with JIRA or similar task/backlog management tools
  • Strong facilitation, organization, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/hold a Secret clearance
  • Quarterly travel to Chantilly, VA area for approximately 4–5 days per quarter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting medical system testing, clinical IT domains (pharmacy, radiology, dental), or technical lab/test environments
  • Experience supporting DoD, DHA, or federal health IT programs
  • Familiarity with infrastructure refresh, system upgrades, or deployment validation
  • Experience working with program management offices (PMOs) and vendors in regulated environments
