Volvo Cars of Charlottesville is looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team in a combined Sales & Finance role. This position is ideal for someone who understands the automotive sales process and is ready to help customers complete their purchase from the showroom to the finance office. We are especially interested in candidates with automotive finance (F&I) experience, though strong sales professionals looking to grow into finance are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial consultation to delivery
• Present and explain financing and protection product options
• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing for customers
• Ensure all deals are structured properly and compliant with regulations
• Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver a premium customer experience
• Collaborate with the sales and management team to meet dealership goals

Qualifications

• Automotive finance (F&I) experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience strongly considered
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain financing clearly and build trust with customers
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with paperwork and compliance
• Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license
