Location: On-Site in Dania Beach, FL

This Role:

As an ED Billing Manager at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to identify solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to oversee the ED Billing staff.

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and medical billing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure appropriate training for new hires
• Develop new processes as systems and job duties evolve
• Update staff on new client information
• Manage staff workload and productivity

Required:

• Prior management experience
• Experience leading a team of 20 or more employees
• Prior word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Medical billing experience
