About This Position

Director - Value Based Care Analytics: provide leadership, vision and guidance in the development of data, reporting and intelligence, analytics and solutions that support the performance and operations of the organization and entities as assigned; work closely with operations, finance, clinical, other stakeholders and leadership to set organization and analytics priorities; develop and implement best practices to leverage data science, data engineering, machine learning and analytic techniques that drive actionable insights; effectively communicate complex modeling and analysis concepts to organization leadership; plan and manage the functions and resource allocation of the team to accomplish the goals of performance measurement that support the organization's strategy and operations; lead and/or participate in KPI program development and implementation to drive organizational performance (annual, long-term, leading/lagging) and provider incentive programs; provide the data and analytics department with vision for business-wide data activities and champions for data ownership, strategy, accessibility, and governance; stay abreast of value-based care analytic trends and best practices, and proactively advance the organization to improve organizational efficiency and performance with overall strategic alignment; oversee, design, develop, implement and maintain database/systems solutions to support the organization's strategic direction, including but not limited to, validation and accuracy, data modeling, database and reporting design, data access and governance, table/database maintenance and mapping/integration of data from external and internal sources; and create a culture of continuous improvement by providing performance analysis for internal stakeholders regarding the impact of workflows and business processes in bending the cost curve, improving efficiency and supporting quality.
Education Requirements: Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a closely related field.
Work Experience Requirements: Seven (7) years of professional work experience in design, development, testing, and implementation of business intelligence reporting and analytics solutions including seven (7) years of experience with Microsoft BI stack (Tableau, PowerBI, Sisense, Safety and Security Management Systems, and SQL Server Integration Services); three (3) years of experience leading projects and team management and experience building, leveraging, and managing provider value-based analytics tools; and provider value-based experience with quality, cost, utilization, and programmatic measurement, reporting, and analysis.
