Estimator / Preconstruction Manager at Nexus 5 Group – Merriam, Kansas

Nexus 5 Group is seeking an experienced Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to establish, lead, and execute our preconstruction function. As Nexus 5's first dedicated estimator, this role will own the estimating process from initial opportunity through project handoff and set the standards, systems, and discipline for how we price work, manage risk, and protect profitability.

This is a high-impact leadership role that blends hands-on estimating with strategic preconstruction oversight. You will serve as the bridge between business development, operations, and project execution—ensuring clarity, alignment, and margin protection from day one.
