YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Housekeeper, you will ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces. You will routinely come in contact with guests and need to demonstrate positive guest interactions. You play an important role in providing a unique experience for each of our guests every day.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting
• Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures
• Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day
• Cleaning of hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits
• Comply with all hotel safety guidelines
• Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You have prior housekeeping and customer service experience
• You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• You can regularly stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms
• You can frequently walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell
• You are able to frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
• You have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
