Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our vibrant team at 2408 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33409

What We Offer:
- Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development.
- Compensation at Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact.
- Schedule: 40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 |
- Generous PTO, no blackout dates.

What You Bring:
- Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and travel to Largo for training
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Comfort with POS systems
