Compensation: $25 – $35 per hour.

Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead field laborers and carpenters on commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with general contractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Conduct startup meetings with the Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager to review labor needs, special orders, and project scope.
Facilitate daily huddles and toolbox talks to set goals, assign tasks, and monitor progress
Evaluate team performance and adjust plans based on daily outcomes.
Manage crew scheduling and communicate labor needs in advance
Accurately record and track all labor hours.
Anticipate material, equipment, and scaffolding needs and place orders through the office
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Serve as the primary on-site contact for the general contractor’s Foreman or Project Manager
Resolve scheduling issues directly on-site when possible
Attend weekly progress meetings and represent the company professionally
Document all extra work and obtain signed field work orders before starting
Track all equipment delivered to the jobsite and ensure timely return of company-owned or rented items
Request periodic equipment inventory sheets and reconcile with on-site inventory
Coordinator job closeout with the Superintendent and arrange for material and equipment pickup
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of drywall and metal stud framing techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Organizational and time management skills.
OSHA 30 Hour certification. (Company will provide)
Must provide and maintain personal hand tools (power and specialty tools provided)
Previous experience in a similar role or as a lead installer
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and ladder climbing
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Travel Requirements
• Reliable transportation required to travel between job sites
Reports To: Superintendent
