Ford Plumbing & Air is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Field Operations team. This is a full-time, performance-driven role for a technician who takes ownership of their work, excels at residential diagnostics, and communicates confidently with customers. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can diagnose, repair, and present solutions with confidence while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and documentation.

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and service work

• Accurately troubleshoot heating and cooling systems

• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally to homeowners

• Utilize ServiceTitan field software for documentation, pricing, and invoicing

• Maintain clean, organized service vehicle and workspaces

• Complete accurate job documentation and service reports daily

• Follow company pricing structures and service systems

• Participate in daily shop check-ins

• Maintain professional appearance and strong customer communication

• Uphold company safety and quality standards

• Minimum 35 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

• EPA Certification (Required)

• NATE Certification (Required)

• Associate degree in HVAC or related field preferred

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable using iPads, iPhones, and mobile field software (ServiceTitan experience preferred)

• Understanding of HVAC pricing structures and presenting options to customers

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Compensation Structure:

  • $30$50 per hour equivalent (Base + Commission structure)

• Daily onsite field work in the Jackson Metro area, Mississippi

• Residential service calls throughout Madison County and surrounding communities
