What You'll Do:

We’re looking for a detail-driven leader to oversee all aspects of safety, security, and regulatory compliance at our distribution center in Denver, CO. This role ensures our people, products, and facilities meet the highest standards for OSHA, FDA, food safety, and environmental regulations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead employee safety programs, audits, and inspections(OSHA, FDA, EPA, DOT)
  • Oversee food safety and food defense programs, including pest control and GMP compliance.
  • Develop and deliver safety training in partnership with corporate teams.
  • Maintain regulatory records, reports, and filings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for audits, inspections, and contractors
  • Support new projects with safety expertise (facilities, equipment, product development).
  • Stay current on regulations and guide leadership on compliance best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and FDA regulations
  • Background in Transportation Management (camera systems), Occupational Health/Safety (OSHA), and Food Safety (FDA).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications in OSHA/Food Safety a plus.
  • 3+ years’ experience in safety, compliance, and/or food safety (distribution or manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, FDA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
  • Skilled in training, auditing, and working cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel 10–20%.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite- The schedule may vary depending on the needs of the warehouse. (40-50 hours per week)

Compensation: $72,000-$82,000 per year
