Accountabilities:- Lead and manage a team of product designers, providing mentorship, career development, and guidance in design best practices
- Define and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for product design across web and mobile experiences
- Establish and evolve UX processes, tools, and standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into innovative design solutions
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and user-centered product experiences
- Monitor and evaluate design outcomes, incorporating user research and data to continuously improve product experiences
- Support team growth by fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and human-centered design
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in product design with extensive cross-functional collaboration
- 6+ years leading and mentoring UX/design teams, ideally managing large teams (10+)
- Proven track record of influential UX work that drove measurable business results
- Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms and complex products
- Deep understanding of design thinking, human-centered methodologies, and user research practices
- Expertise with visual design, wireframing, prototyping, and tools such as Figma or Creative Cloud
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams
- Ability to articulate design decisions, advocate for users, and balance business objectives with user needs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and rapid iteration processes
