In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the commercial strategy within your designated region. Your leadership will guide a team of account executives, ensuring that targets for revenue and market penetration are met. Accountabilities- Develop and execute the regional commercial plan aligned with company goals.
- Lead, develop, and monitor a team of Account Executives.
- Ensure revenue growth and profitability in the region.
- Monitor commercial performance indicators (KPIs).
- Expand market penetration and capillarity.
- Identify expansion opportunities and new strategic hubs.
- Represent the company at events, fairs, and strategic meetings.
- Ensure excellent relationships with key agencies in the region.
- Support the launch of campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the Products and Marketing teams to maximize results.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Postgraduate/MBA preferred.
- Solid experience in the tourism industry (preferably B2B).
- Proven experience in managing commercial teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on results.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Analytical ability for data-driven decision making.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
