Home Detailing Technician (Windows, Gutters & Power Washing) at Shack Shine – Mission, Kansas

Location: Mission, KS | Pay: $17.50 – $22/hr (Base + Tips + Commission)

You’ll be the face of Shack Shine, working outdoors and using top-tier equipment to make homes sparkle.

• Expert Detailing: Perform professional window washing, gutter cleaning, and power washing.

• Experience: 1+ years in labor or customer service (preferred).
• License: You must be 21+ and have a valid Driver’s License
• Physicality: Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting, bending, and maneuvering ladders.
• Attitude: A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on reliability.

Preferred Backgrounds: Maintenance, General Labor, Power Washing, Painting, Landscaping, Roofing, or Construction.
