In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a compliance eLearning platform aimed at creating safer and more inclusive workplaces. Accountabilities- Own the marketing and product frontend, ensuring it is visually appealing and highly functional.
- Implement and maintain new features, continuously improving the performance and usability.
- Set up analytics, collect insights, and leverage data metrics to guide design and development decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, for seamless experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
- At least 7+ years of experience in building customer-facing products.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in modern frontend JavaScript frameworks like React.
- Experience with backend libraries such as Ruby on Rails.
- Attention to detail in UI/UX design and implementation.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipeline workflows.
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Willingness to work in the US timezone with flexibility for collaboration.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
