| Job Summary | This position provides UK students direct psychological services and programming as well as providing outreach, training, crisis intervention and consultation services. This position has administrative responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of the UKCC, specifically related to management of clinical services. These functions support the Center and University missions of retention and student success as well as fostering a safe environment conducive to learning and positive student development. Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Demonstrated knowledge and skill in providing psychological services, consultation, crisis intervention, and psychoeducational programming in a college or university environment. Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision to support and develop a multi-disciplinary staff (LCSWs, Licensed Psychologists, practicum students and APA pre-doctoral interns). Demonstrated ability to provide administrative and operational leadership to a staff. |
