Mountain Vista Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our community and ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. What You’ll Do

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff
• Maintain residential units and shared spaces to a high standard
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all
• Contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting required
• Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Commitment to delivering quality service with care and professionalism
