Cloud Endpoint Solutions Architect

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Cloud Endpoint Solutions Architect in the United States.

In this role, you will design and deliver modern cloud-first endpoint and virtual desktop architectures that enable secure, scalable, and efficient digital workplaces. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprises transition from legacy device management to Microsoft-based modern management frameworks built on Intune, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop. This position blends deep hands-on engineering with high-level architectural design, requiring you to translate complex business and technical requirements into secure, cloud-native solutions. You will collaborate closely with security, identity, networking, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end success. The role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise transformation journeys while influencing strategy, governance, and operational models. You will also lead workshops, define roadmaps, and guide implementation efforts across large-scale environments. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone passionate about Microsoft cloud ecosystems and modern workplace transformation.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and implement modern endpoint and virtual desktop architectures using Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Develop cloud-first and hybrid endpoint management strategies, including modernization roadmaps and governance models
  • Architect and deploy Intune solutions covering enrollment, configuration, compliance, application delivery, and lifecycle management
  • Define Windows servicing strategies, update rings, and security posture policies aligned with Zero Trust principles
  • Design Windows 365 Cloud PC environments, including provisioning, image strategy, identity, and operational processes
  • Architect Azure Virtual Desktop solutions, including host pools, FSLogix profiles, scaling strategies, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement endpoint protection, compliance frameworks, and enterprise security baselines
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and implementation plans while leading workshops and stakeholder engagements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in endpoint management, EUC, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise architecture roles
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience designing or implementing Windows 365 and/or Azure Virtual Desktop solutions
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, device identity, and Zero Trust principles
  • Solid knowledge of Windows enterprise management, including configuration, application deployment, and lifecycle operations
  • Experience creating technical architecture documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks (HLD/LLD)
  • Strong ability to lead technical workshops and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Preferred: experience with FSLogix, Defender for Endpoint, SCCM/MECM migrations, PowerShell automation, Azure Monitor, and networking for VDI environments
  • Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, AZ-104, AZ-140, or SC-300 are a plus but not required
Benefits:
  • Remote-friendly role with flexibility and occasional travel as needed
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior-level expertise
  • Comprehensive benefits for employees and their families
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise transformation and cloud modernization projects
  • Exposure to cutting-edge Microsoft cloud, security, and virtual desktop technologies
  • Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on innovation and impact
  • Strong emphasis on professional growth, learning, and technical leadership opportunities
  • Casual and flexible work culture supporting work-life balance
