You will serve as the operational backbone of a premier general contracting company, providing essential executive support and financial oversight. This role empowers you to manage high-stakes project documentation while directly influencing the companys fiscal accuracy and growth.
How You Will Make an ImpactExecute complex certified payroll processes to ensure full compliance with labor regulations.
Formulate monthly payment applications to maintain steady project cash flow and client transparency.
Manage advanced accounting workflows within QuickBooks Desktop including detailed debits and credits.
Coordinate the procurement of necessary permits to ensure project timelines remain on schedule.
Provide high-level executive support to streamline leadership operations and daily communications.
Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data and improve reporting accuracy.
Maintain organized digital and physical records to support seamless audit and project tracking.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and high-level Microsoft Excel experience.
Proven understanding of intermediate to advanced accounting principles, specifically debits and credits.
Demonstrated experience in managing certified payroll and monthly payment applications.
Strong background in providing administrative support within a fast-paced professional environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage permits and executive schedules.
Prior experience within the commercial & residential construction industry.
Familiarity with the specific permitting requirements for the Southeast and Eastern U.S. regions.
Advanced technical training in specialized accounting software or construction management tools.
