Mission Yogurt is seeking a Retail Associate/Cashier to join our team at Longs Peak Market & Goods. We make travel more enjoyable with grab-and-go food, drinks, and a thoughtfully curated mix of retail items. We proudly feature an array of locally crafted goods for travelers from around the world—perfect for last-minute finds and meaningful souvenirs.

The Retail Associate will greet and assist travelers, help them find grab-and-go food, drinks, and retail items, and highlight locally crafted products. They will keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming, and ensure every guest has a friendly, efficient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Specific Duties:

• Interact with incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine intent and eye contact.
• Restocking high-quality products promptly.
• Taking guests' orders and payments in a timely manner.
• Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Ensure that the store is being maintained and cleaned following company standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, such as opening and closing duties, dress code, and processing transactions.

Physical Demands:

Position requires the ability to stand up to 12 hours, climbing, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, frequently lifting and/or moving up to 20 lbs, and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
