Perform and review monthly general ledger reconciliations in alignment with the Company’s close procedures

Develop and deliver the monthly financial reporting package, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and KPI reporting for leadership

Maintain and update fixed asset schedules and depreciation tracking

Prepare quarterly debt covenant calculations and supporting documentation

Support the annual audit and tax preparation process, coordinating with external advisors under CFO guidance

Develop and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast, updated weekly, to support proactive financial planning

Reconcile all bank accounts monthly and monitor daily cash activity, escalating liquidity concerns as needed

Oversee inventory accounting, including valuation methods and process improvements

Support and enhance job costing systems, ensuring accurate cost capture from estimate through completion

Partner with operations on production planning, capacity, and cost management to drive efficiency

Support the Company’s SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process to align inventory with production and customer demand

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA (active or inactive) preferred

5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment

Solid working knowledge of GAAP, inventory accounting, and job costing

Proven experience owning and managing a monthly close process independently

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (experience with mid-market manufacturing ERP strongly preferred) and Microsoft Excel

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline

Comfortable operating in a lean environment with minimal administrative support

What We Offer

A stable, growing organization where finance plays a key role in driving business strategy

The opportunity to own and shape the accounting function, with direct visibility to executive leadership

A role where you can make a meaningful impact by improving processes, strengthening controls, and enhancing financial reporting
