You will work on complex distributed systems challenges where scalability, resilience, and high availability are critical. • Design and build end-to-end distributed systems using strong JVM and Java expertise, translating product requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Develop high-quality features using TDD/BDD practices, ensuring reliability and strong test coverage across all deliverables.
• Apply SOLID principles and software design best practices to create robust, scalable architectures.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements and shape technical solutions.
• Support production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability.
• Mentor and support other engineers, actively contributing to knowledge sharing and team growth.
• Experiment with and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

• Strong professional experience with Java 8+ and the broader JVM ecosystem.
• Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale distributed systems effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
• Exposure to reactive programming paradigms and event-driven architectures.
• Bonus: experience in eCommerce systems or search-related platforms.
