PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – In-Home Assessments at FirstLight Home Care of Dothan – Dothan, Alabama

FirstLight Home Care of Dothan is seeking a reliable and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to complete in-home client assessments for our growing home care agency.
This role is perfect for an RN looking for flexible, supplemental income without the demands of traditional nursing roles.

✔ Quick visits – most assessments take 30–60 minutes

Responsibilities:
Complete initial in-home assessments for new VA clients (within 10 days of start of care)
Conduct routine nursing assessments for VA clients every 90 days
Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Communicate any significant findings with the office team

Compensation:
$80 per completed assessment
Opportunities for consistent weekly visits as we continue to grow
Potential for increased volume over time

Requirements:
Active Alabama RN license
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or hospice preferred)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage schedule
