9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with flexibility as needed)
In-office position (North Olmsted)

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role where your work will directly support daily operations and long-term success.
You will:
-Support Administration Team projects and initiatives
-Ownership of the Business Partner Program, collaborating across departments
-Own business partner program
-Coordinate company travel and logistics
-Plan and support internal events and activities
-Maintain and improve internal tracking systems and documentation
-Assist with HR processes, including onboarding coordination
-Oversee and coordinate internal equipment program
This role is designed to grow over time as you become more familiar with the business and take on additional responsibilities.
