Restaurant Assistant Manager/Manager on Duty (MOD) at Cala's Restaurant – Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts

Cala’s is looking for a motivated Manager on Duty (MOD) / Assistant Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Lead, support, and motivate front- and back-of-house team members
• Provide excellent guest service and handle guest needs or concerns professionally
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and teamwork
• Open and/or close the restaurant as needed
• Step in to cover shifts, particularly on the General Manager’s days off

• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lead by example and support the team on the floor
• Availability to work on the GM’s days off (required)
