The Workhorse Group is seeking a results-driven Walmart Account Manager to lead the execution and coordination of one of our most critical retail partnerships. This role is responsible for managing the full program lifecycle across Walmart, from early concept and development through final delivery.

This position serves as the central point of accountability, ensuring all internal teams are aligned and operating on schedule to meet Walmart requirements and timelines. This is a high-level individual contributor role focused on account ownership, project management, and cross-functional execution, without direct people management responsibilities.

This is a remote role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Own and manage the Walmart account from concept through delivery, ensuring all initiatives align with customer expectations, timelines, and compliance requirements
• Lead end-to-end project execution across product development, commercialization, and delivery phases
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, Product Development, Sourcing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Packaging, and Finance to ensure seamless execution
• Build and manage detailed project timelines, tracking key milestones such as line reviews, packaging approvals, production readiness, item setup and shipment deadlines
• Drive accountability across teams by proactively identifying risks, resolving bottlenecks, and keeping projects on track
• Serve as the internal quarterback for Walmart initiatives, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and follow-through across all stakeholders
• Support Walmart-specific processes including item setup, compliance requirements, forecasting alignment, and replenishment coordination
• Monitor performance and execution, ensuring product launches, replenishment cycles, and ongoing programs meet service, quality, and timing expectations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall account performance

WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, project management, or retail/vendor operations
• Direct experience working with Walmart or large national retail accounts strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of retail timelines, product lifecycle, and supply chain coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems, retail portals, or project tracking tools preferred

Compensation:
The Workhorse Group offers a competitive compensation package, with salary determined based on experience, qualifications, and work location. For roles performed in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency, the anticipated base salary range for this position is up to approximately $80,000. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
