You will lead a multidisciplinary studio responsible for producing social-first creative that is strategically aligned, culturally relevant, and operationally scalable. Acting as both visionary and hands-on maker, you will oversee storytelling, workflow design, and creative execution across fast-moving content cycles. The role requires strong command of social platforms, narrative craft, and production systems, with a deep understanding of how to translate business objectives into compelling digital content. You will also play a key role in integrating AI tools into creative workflows to increase speed, scale, and innovation. This is a leadership position focused on building a high-performing, efficient, and creatively excellent studio environment.
In this role, you will define and lead the end-to-end studio function, ensuring creative output is strategically aligned, operationally efficient, and optimized for social engagement across platforms. You will balance creative direction, writing excellence, and production management to deliver high-impact content at scale.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into platform-specific social content strategies that drive engagement and performance.
- Lead narrative development and copywriting across all social assets, ensuring a strong, consistent, and compelling brand voice.
- Oversee end-to-end production workflows, managing timelines, resources, and sprint-based execution across creative teams.
- Guide designers, editors, and motion teams by providing strategic creative direction and feedback aligned with storytelling goals.
- Identify and act on emerging trends, platform shifts, and cultural signals to maintain content relevance and performance.
- Implement and scale AI-driven tools and workflows to optimize production efficiency and creative experimentation.
- Manage stakeholder alignment, operational rituals, and reporting on studio performance, capacity, and ROI.
This position requires extensive experience in social-first creative production, combined with strong strategic, editorial, and operational leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate can move fluidly between creative direction, writing, and production systems while leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- 10+ years of experience in social video production, content creation, or creative studio leadership.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expert-level copywriting across social-first formats and brand voices.
- Proven ability to design and execute scalable social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams, workflows, and production pipelines.
- Deep understanding of major social platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and production workflow systems.
- Strong creative instincts combined with analytical thinking and trend awareness.
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative or production workflows is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary range of $140,000–$160,000 USD depending on experience
