This is a high-autonomy, full-cycle sales role focused on driving new business and expanding existing customer relationships across Google Workspace solutions in the UK SMB market. The role combines strategic outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and hands-on deal execution in a fast-moving, AI-enabled sales environment. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline from scratch, with no inbound lead support or BDR function, making this a true hunter role. Working closely with technical specialists, delivery teams, and Google partners, you will shape tailored solutions and co-sell opportunities that deliver measurable business value. - Own the full sales cycle for Google Workspace solutions, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close, primarily targeting UK SMB customers.
- Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline using AI-powered prospecting tools, outbound strategies, and creative market engagement techniques.
- Develop and execute new business strategies while also identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Partner closely with Google representatives to drive co-sell motions and accelerate deal progression through joint opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design compelling, value-driven proposals and solution presentations.
- Contribute to market development efforts by helping shape regional sales approaches, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize outreach, qualification, and deal management efficiency.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, including at least 2 years specifically selling Google Workspace solutions.
- Proven ability to self-source and build a significant portion of your own sales pipeline without reliance on inbound leads.
- Strong proficiency with AI-driven and sales enablement tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in lean, startup-like, or early-stage commercial environments where structure is self-driven.
- Background in IT services, managed services, or workplace/collaboration technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Highly self-motivated, structured in execution, and comfortable operating in an autonomous environment.
- Competitive 60/40 base-to-variable compensation split with strong earning potential.
