Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations, ensuring processes, systems, and standards are consistently followed
• Manage inventory, assets, and overall operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, profitability, and key metrics (EBITDA/ROI)
• Implement pricing strategies and drive accountability to meet business goals
• Support business planning, track performance metrics, and execute growth initiatives
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve service issues effectively
• Communicate regularly with leadership and collaborate cross-functionally

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership experience with increasing responsibility
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Experience managing operations, teams, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Industry experience in distribution or related sectors
• Experience leading a branch or multi-unit operations
