About This Position
What will you do:
- Support the sales lifecycle by leveraging technical expertise to address challenges and deliver effective solutions in order to retain the client;
- Manage and grow a portfolio of regional clients, acting as a trusted advisor to facilitate problem-solving and provide exceptional service;
- Offer innovative solutions that align with clients’ needs and the company’s business objectives;
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients at Adlook, handling technical and commercial inquiries with professionalism and efficiency;
- Lead key client discussions;
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the product team by gathering client feedback and analyzing requirements to enhance product offerings;
- Deliver excellent account management, ensuring goals are tracked and reported to management;
- Partner with other functional leaders to address business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and improve operational efficiency;
- Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices for client onboarding, engagement, and growth strategies.
- 4+ years of experience in adtech (preferably in programmatic sales - DSP, SSP, or data providers);
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer account growth and management through strategic planning and execution;
- Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude, with experience in complex tech solutions;
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience with client presentations and reporting;
- Advanced English is required;
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
