What We Need:

The drivers’ helper duties involve assisting our route delivery drivers by unloading and stocking product during routes. Helper will ride with route delivery driver and help with directions. Work is medium to heavy in nature. 

Essential Functions

• You will help the driver fulfillcustomer’sneeds by delivering customer orders to their locations.
• You will make certain stops with the driverto,deliverproduct, and stock or display in the proper location. Several stops will bescheduleddaily.
• You will usenecessarysafetyequipment,required by thecompany,for your safety and the safety of others.
• You will follow proper safety requirements, such as proper lifting techniques to repetitivelypick-upproductand frequentreaching tostockproduct.
• You willmaintaingood customer relations on adaily one-to-onebasis.
• You will safely lift to 50 pounds of product for transferring and carrying.
• You will drive, stand, and walkfrequentlythroughthe day and forlong periodsof time.
• You will push and pullfrequently, with bending and twisting and frequent use of gross hand and finger movement.
• You will work an average of 10 – 12 hours per day, with the potentialofovertime.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass background screens.
• Ability to pass a Physical Capacity Test

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
