We are seeking a detail-oriented Grinder / Polisher to support finishing operations on precision-machined components. This role is responsible for grinding, deburring, and polishing metal parts to meet tight tolerances and high-quality surface finish requirements. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, is comfortable working with hand tools and finishing equipment, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
Grind, deburr, and polish machined parts to meet specifications and surface finish requirements
Remove excess material, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal components
Operate hand tools, grinders, and polishing equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support production by completing work within required timelines
Report any defects or issues to supervisors or quality team

Qualifications
Previous experience in grinding, polishing, deburring, or manufacturing preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring equipment
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or GED
