About This Position
The University of Pittsburgh is seeking Administrative Support for their Physical Therapy – Clinical and Translational Research Center. Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling participants, providing costumer service support, cleaning and sanitizing clinic equipment, performing maintenance procedures on equipment, organizing mail, keeping inventory of supplies, ordering supplies, organizing clinic space, communicating updates with clinicians and research participants, help collecting data, checking for accuracy of recorded data, transferring data to an excel spreadsheet, and participating in research meetings.
Must have the ability to work in Word, Excel, Outlook email and scheduling, text messaging, and phone. Position is sedentary; must be able to sit for up to 4 hours per day. Must be able to reach and bend for supplies and be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
