Job Description

Description:

Be Part of Something Radically Different

At Holon Health, we’re not just tweaking the system—we’re rebuilding it for the people it’s failed. We provide whole-person care to justice-involved individuals living with a Substance Use and/or Mental Health Disorder—care that meets people where they are, sees their full humanity, and builds pathways to long-term recovery, not short-term fixes.

Everything we do is designed to deviate from the status quo—from the way we treat our clients to the way we care for our team. We know that meaningful work can’t happen without flexibility, trust, and self-care, so we lead with a culture of compassion, inclusion, and respect. If you’re ready to join a team that’s rewriting the rules and centering people at every turn, read on.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a mission-aligned Regional Director of Community Partnerships in the West to drive strategic growth through partnerships with criminal justice agencies, treatment providers, and community organizations . This role is about more than business development—it’s about systems change, relationship-building, and bringing a bold, evidence-based model of care into spaces that have long needed it.

You’ll be responsible for developing partnerships with any government agency and community provider that serves our target population, evangelizing Holon’s value, and bringing new customers into our ecosystem with care, clarity, and urgency.

Location:

The candidate for this position must be located or willing to relocate to the west with a strong preference for someone in Colorado.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Secure new referral partners with adult and juvenile justice agencies, SUD/MH treatment centers, recovery homes, emergency departments, social service organizations, and recovery advocacy groups.

· Conduct research to identify key trends, customer needs, and market opportunities

· Own and drive a successful go-to-market strategy in a multi-state territory.

· Represent Holon at industry events, conferences, and community networking opportunities

· Craft and deliver tailored messaging that resonates with prospective partners

· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client needs inform ongoing service innovation

· Stay informed on legal, healthcare, and public health trends relevant to Holon’s mission

· Support a culture of equity and inclusion, both within Holon and in partner engagements

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

What You Bring to the Table

· A strategic, mission-driven connector who builds trust quickly

· Experienced in navigating complex systems (especially justice or SUD/MH treatment)

· A confident communicator who can adapt tone, language, and style to meet the moment

· Motivated by purpose, not just metrics

· Comfortable working remotely and independently

· A lifelong learner with the humility to ask questions and the grit to follow through

· Committed to equity, inclusion, and people-first practices

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public health, or a related field

· Proven success in solution-based, business development and/or strategic partnerships

· Domain experience in justice, healthcare, SUD/MH treatment and government markets preferred

· Strong negotiation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills

· Ability to travel to multiple states up to 75% of the time

The Holon Way

We’re not just building a better model of care—we’re building a better workplace. That means:

· Unlimited PTO (we mean it)

· Flexible schedules that work with your life

· Remote-first culture with connection baked in

· Full suite of benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability

· 401(k) with company match

· Space for self-care, because you can’t pour from an empty cup

· Room to grow in a high-impact, mission-driven startup

· A team that celebrates wins, learns from losses, and has your back

Our Commitment to DE&I

Diversity, equity, and inclusion aren’t buzzwords here—they’re the foundation. We embrace the full spectrum of human experience and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. If you’re passionate about our mission but don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

Ready to do work that matters—on a team that sees you?
