What You'll Expect
As the Ticket Attendant, you’ll be responsible for accurately counting, bundling, and labeling bingo tickets to ensure proper inventory control and compliance with organized procedures. The ticket attendant plays a key role in maintaining ticket accountability and supporting smooth bingo operations.
What You'll Do
- Count and organize bingo tickets into bundles
- Ensure all tickets are properly banded, boxed, and secured for storage
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all ticket handling activities
- Immediately report any discrepancies to the bingo manager
- Assist manager as needed to support smooth bingo operations
What You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in accounting
- Prior experience in inventory handling or cash/ticket counting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain organized records
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
What We Require
- Ability to obtain a Gaming consultant license
- Some physical activity and movement required (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs., standing for long periods of time, walking)
